Roles with clear limits
Owners and admins manage the team. Staff manage student records and payments. Instructors read records and take attendance, and never see money or restricted ID details.
Separation you can rely on
Each school's data is separated inside the database, not only in the screens. A record from one school cannot be linked to another school's records, even by mistake.
Seats that behave sensibly
Pending invitations hold a seat. If you go over a limit after changing plans, nothing is deleted. You just cannot add more until you are back under it.
Common questions
Can an instructor be limited to their own classes?
Yes. Instructors see and grade only students in their own sections, and they never see financial or restricted ID details.
Is two-step verification required?
It is optional on the Free plan and required for every user on paid plans.
